How quickly will my order ship?
Typically all orders placed by 3:00pm e.s.t. will ship the next business day!
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Orders of 50 or more can qualify for a quantity discount. Contact our Customer Care department for more details.
Do you warranty your products?
All of our products come with a 1 year warranty against defect in workmanship. If your product fails within the first 12 months due to workmanship, {SITENAME} will replace your product.
I do not see a product design that works for my coach. Can I customize my own products?
Yes you can customize your own products. Simply choose the product category you want and click on the blank product that is on the top of the page. This will lead you to the design tool where you can create your own custom product.
Can I reorder without having to re-design my product?
Yes. We keep your design on file so you can re-order at any time.
Can I order the same product design with different names on it?
Yes you can. At this time the only way for you to do this is to individually design each product and put it in your shopping cart with the correct name on each product.
Can I upload our team logo or mascot?
Yes you can upload your own logo or mascot directly into the design tool. From there you can place it on any product you choose.
How will my order ship?
For most orders we ship using UPS. We have found them to be the most reliable for our customers. You can choose the shipping method of your choice during checkout.
Do you have any products available that are not on your web site?
Yes we do. We literally have the ability to customize thousands of different products. We have intentionally kept this web site small so that it will remain simple for our customers to navigate. Contact our customer care department for details.
Can I return my product?
All of our products are customized to your specific needs. It is for this reason we can not offer you the option to return your products. However, if there is a problem with the quality or workmanship of the product, we will remake your product for you.
